KimonRecruit exists because CVs are claims, not evidence, and the tools that should verify them test everyone with the same recycled question banks. We built an ATS where the assessment is generated from each candidate's own CV, so every test is unique and every score means something.
Fairness is engineered in, not bolted on after a lawsuit: blind screening, adverse impact monitoring across Equality Act 2010 characteristics, and tooling built for EU AI Act obligations ahead of the August 2026 enforcement date. The platform produces decision support; a human makes every hiring call, and every override is logged.
